I read the research document and both Budai Media breakdowns. Here is the plan as I understand it, section by section, with how each point changes the way I'd work from day one.
Every caption, visual and video stays inside research-use positioning. No outcome, dosing or personal-use language, in any post, reply or ad.
A long-term, low-key, reputable research-use brand. Your research separates the strict research-use operators (account-gated catalogue, 21+ entry, batch COAs) from lifestyle "wellness" sellers, and flags the lifestyle model as the opposite end of the risk spectrum.
Content borrows what builds trust (COA transparency, useful tools, a visible company) and avoids what erodes it (self-authored praise). I’d turn approved batch reports into recurring content with direct links to the source.
mspeptides: account-gating doubles as email capture, and product names changed under platform pressure. xlpeptides: a standalone COA library, a free reconstitution calculator, visible company registration and crypto at checkout. PSPeptides: "reviews" self-published on its own blog, flagged low-trust.
I use the storytelling and structure, never the substance. Hooks, metaphors and education formats yes; effect claims behind a disclaimer, no.
The creator breakdowns show techniques that transfer (a pattern-interrupt hook, a single strong metaphor, chaptered long-form, video → lead magnet → list funnels, a "no hype, no guessing" tone). They also flag what doesn't transfer: mechanism, protocol and human-use detail, and "disclaimer as fig leaf" formats.
Your proposed paid-channel priority is Google. The social channels run organically and are built for brand and trust. I support Merchant Center hygiene on product naming, imagery and copy.
The supplied case studies favour Google over paid social. Category eligibility, product presentation and any disapproval assumptions need to be checked against current platform requirements before campaigns are planned.
Creative and content concentrate on the 3–4 flagship products first. Social and email are judged on repeat orders, not only first sales.
AOV around $100–200, 60–70% gross margin, first-purchase breakeven at 1.3–1.5× ROAS. 50–70% of buyers reorder within 90 days on a 4–6 week cycle. Four products typically drive 60–70% of revenue.
I prepare copy and creative for welcome, abandoned-cart, post-purchase and reorder flows. The director and developer own platform selection, implementation and testing.
The Budai case: $182K in 50 days from a zero list across 8 lifecycle flows (welcome, browse and checkout abandonment, post-purchase, returning, VIP). Klaviyo banned the category, so the account moved to Fluent CRM. Account-gating built the list on its own.
My background is on the risk side of payments. I can flag copy, imagery and customer messaging for review with the director and the relevant provider.
Two processors in parallel plus a crypto-to-fiat backup. Processor eligibility and tracking requirements need to be verified for the business. Checkout reliability is another factor to review alongside campaign performance.
Compliance is part of every creative brief. Anything borderline goes to the marketing director before it's published.
The supplied research flags human-use messaging as a key risk. The team should validate applicable requirements before approving product claims.
The brand shows up in communities as itself, early and consistently, and leads with independent test results. Its reputation is built slowly and in the open.
No official vendor list exists; trust is a rolling consensus. Independent testing (Janoshik) and HPLC plus mass-spec COAs carry the most weight. Long-tenured accounts matter, and bursts of new accounts praising one vendor are spotted and called out.
The proposed plan follows your launch dates. The content library is built before launch so it's ready when spend starts.
€5,000 a month to start, with about a third held for organic content production. Pre-launch until 20 October (owned audience), launch 20 October to mid-November (Google at modest spend with retention live), then growth reinvested from profit.
Social media and creative lead, co-pilot to your marketing director. I work within your brand system and turn priorities into work ready to publish.
You retain: strategy, budget and final approval.
One dedicated lead, with backup. You work with me directly. Behind me is a small studio team, so work doesn’t stop if I’m sick or on leave, launch weeks get extra hands at no extra cost, and landing-page fixes don’t have to wait for your developer.
Channel risk: owned channels (email list, Telegram) are built from day one, so no single platform can switch off the brand.
I’m ready to leave my current role for this engagement, as discussed with Nima. My agency will continue operating, with my two team members handling its client delivery. We’ll confirm the transition date and working-hour overlap on our call.

You named these communities as the priority, and your research (section 6) shows why. There's no official vendor list, so buyers decide who to trust from independent lab testing, long-standing accounts and consistent answers over time. The strategy below builds that reputation for the brand from launch day, with transparent participation and respect for each community’s rules.
Clearly identified as the brand on Reddit, the key forums and Telegram. Every community's self-promotion rules are read first, and moderators are contacted before the first post.
Third-party test results (HPLC plus mass spec) are posted as they arrive, including the unflattering ones. That is the single strongest trust signal your research found.
Testing, sourcing, storage, shipping and support, answered quickly and in public. The same questions become an FAQ and a content series.
Scheduled Q&A threads with the team where subreddit rules allow, focused on quality control, testing and logistics.
Batch releases, new lab results and restock alerts, feeding the account-gated site and the email list. We also invite subscribers to join the email list, reducing reliance on any single channel.
Real first customers are invited to share honest feedback on service, testing and delivery, openly identified as customers. We never pay for praise.
How we measure it: community mentions, branded searches, Telegram subscribers, and email sign-ups coming from community links, reported monthly.
A proposed content series: help readers find and understand the evidence behind a batch. These are illustrative concepts prepared for this proposal—not published client work. Final execution follows your brand kit and approved source material.
Purpose: turn a recurring question into a useful, saveable reference.
Proposed caption: “Looking for the report for your batch? Start with the batch identifier, then open the matching document in our report library.”
Close-up of the batch identifier. Cut to the matching report entry. End on the source document and a clear “View report” action.
Purpose: help a first-time visitor complete one task without adding claims or visual noise.
A typographic visual that directs readers to the original reports. The same layout can become an email header, a pinned post and a recurring series.
Purpose: make evidence easy to find across the brand’s own channels.
Production dependency: publish only when the report library is live and the linked documents have been approved by the team.
Creative direction only. No test results, product claims or client endorsements are implied. This is the thinking I would adapt to your identity.
Both terms share the first six months. A 12-month partnership adds continuity for retention, partnerships and expansion, guided by results and your priorities.
Review the brand kit, launch priorities, channel access and approved claims with the director. Audit the existing content and agree who signs off each type of work.
Ready for review: channel priorities + approval workflow.Develop reusable templates and the first proposed week of content: five feed posts or carousels and three short-video concepts, with captions and a publishing calendar.
Ready for review: templates + first-week creative drafts.Incorporate feedback, prepare approved assets for the agreed launch schedule, and establish the community response guide and first reporting baseline.
Ready for review: approved content queue + first weekly update.Timing assumes access, brand assets and source material at kickoff, plus timely feedback from the director. Publishing follows the agreed launch schedule.
Launch, establish the workflow, then review at six months.

Deliverable / Launch assets, email creative, a live publishing cadence and the first report.
Deliverable / A repeatable workflow, retention creative and monthly recommendations.
Deliverable / Documented assets and workflows, a six-month review and a proposed next phase.
Support subscription and reorder journeys with creative, develop disclosed partner content, and continue the search-content programme with the team.
Deliverable / Retention and partnership creative, plus a quarterly review.
Prepare creative for new product lines or markets if the team chooses to expand. Document the year’s learning and propose the year-two plan.
Deliverable / Expansion assets where agreed, a year-one report and year-two priorities.
Establish the content workflow, learn from launch and review the partnership at month six. Documented assets and processes make the next decision easier.
Keep the creative context in one place and use the launch learning to improve retention content and repeat campaigns. New channels or markets are agreed separately.
Two different brands, two different voices: a residential launch and a restaurant expansion. Selected layouts and visual assets from my work.
A three-panel composition combining Arabic and English copy, plan information and architectural imagery. The restrained gold-and-cream treatment connects the informational panel with the wider project visuals.
Architectural renders are project visualisations. The Instagram screenshots show the published feed and an educational carousel; they are not performance reports.
A simple hierarchy: opening announcement first, location second, with the brand mark alongside. Charcoal and gold keep the message consistent with the restaurant’s identity.
My strongest case combines brand, web, social and paid media. The results below come from Egyptian real estate. They demonstrate my execution experience; your launch will establish its own benchmarks. What transfers is the method: test creative weekly, cut what doesn’t convert, and report cost per result with the source attached.
Since June 2026, I’ve built the identity, bilingual website, social channels, 3D renders and launch materials for the AURA villa compound. I also set up and run the Meta lead campaigns that feed the sales team.
The current campaign generated 151 form leads on approximately EGP 6,931 in spend. The client reports three closed deals from this campaign and two from June.
Source: Meta Ads Manager, read 23 Sep 2026. Sales outcomes are client-reported; qualification is separate from the platform’s form-lead count.

Egyptian United: the client accepted the work after reviewing it. The bilingual brokerage site is built and awaiting domain confirmation.
Rose Hotel: Airbnb management and rebrand underway. The client has given positive feedback; the broader growth engagement remains under discussion with the partners.
Cat Hotel: the client reviewed and accepted the work, then signed the rebrand and 90-day partnership starting 1 October 2026. Research covered ten named competitors and account consolidation.
I also run a small studio in Egypt (brand, web, apps and growth for real-estate, hospitality and restaurant clients, including 3D renders and launch campaigns), with two team members handling its client delivery. My background combines creative delivery, customer-facing operations and risk review:
Fraud, compliance and KYC/AML review on high-risk accounts. Remote.
Off-plan real estate for international buyers, plus the brand's social media. Remote.
Remote sales for the US market.
Five years running restaurant operations, staff and guest experience at Nima’s restaurant.
Budgets, reporting and cost control for a contracting company.
Google Ads in this category is new to me; my contribution is creative and execution support under the marketing director.
